Welcome to Mangled Care, my adventures with the HMO system. I think you'll see that I am bitter with the idea of paying doctors to make sure people don't get the care they need, and with the kind of doctors I encountered in Florida's nastiest, and for legal reasons, most nameless HMO.

It's actually easy to assume that because I have some complicated medical issues, this is just me bitching about my treatment. But it's actually to do with what my ex-husband went through, when an HMO which shall remain nameless nearly killed him. I still cared about him at this point, and I was truly furious. Enjoy.
